This author has no idea how to write as a young girl. Seriously, the main character is 17 and at one point she thought the phrase "Oh my days". What even is that? I have read a lot of crappy books and I could not even finish this one. Also, there is like no description of the characters. And the setting? I don't know if it was supposed to be America or the UK. It does not really matter I suppose however, if it was supposed to be America, the author severely missed her mark. The spelling of "American" words was off (ex: harbor, harbour) and it was not American phrasing (a TB "jab" ws supposed to be a shot, cannot hold your drink etc.). Some moments were just laugh worthy. Honestly at one point the main character thought "I must look really attractive". I guess if I had to sum up my review it would be this: Seriously? Seriously.

With all of the books out there with a teacher and student getting together this one was definitely different. First they didn't even know and the girl lead him on to believe she was older. However since they were already a couple it should have made the transition seem like a no brainer but human nature will not be deterred it seems. I thought as an adult he should have set more firm boundaries or just called off his job since he was wealthy. The girl should have looked at the bigger picture however for her age we couldn't possibly expect more. right?

Overall it was well written and definitely worth the money
The begin of the story is unrealistic in any normal dating behavior. It reminded me of the fan fiction stories I would write when I was eleven years old when I would stumble upon meeting the members of *NSYNC randomly and each member would magically fall in love with me and each one of my cousins. I almost stopped reading right at the beginning, but felt that I should give it a chance; I'm glad that I did. The author did a great job portraying the internal battle that Will was fighting with his attraction towards Chloe. There were many times in which I felt uncomfortable between some situations between them because she was still technically a minor. It didn't help that almost every character that learned of their relationship called him a pedophile and found him disgusting. Each time, that was a huge slap in the face and red flag that made me feel guilty for enjoying their sneaky romance. Another component that made the story a little weird was her relationship with Sam. I won't elaborate on that relationship. For those who did, or will read this book, may possibly agree and say that it was pretty odd if you sit down and really think about it. Regardless, it was a cute story with an ideal male lead. Will was undeniably sweet, romantic and thoughtful. He was the reason that I kept reading.
I literally loved every bit of this book! Despite being rather long, I never found it laborious to read. The characterisation was really well done and I really
enjoyed Sam's character. His humour was genius & I wish he would've been in it more! I thought the storyline was cute and I enjoyed the development of Chloe and Will's secret relationship. I thought the way the story ended tied everything perfectly. Definitely the best teacher-student romance book I've read so far!
I really like the genre of "student and teacher" romance. I like the taboo realtionship, the dilema of starting a realtionship like this, the need to keep it a secret and all of the concept of forbidden love. In my reading experience I have read a lot of books which claimed to be a student and teacher romance but in reality the concept wasn't there. In my opinion, a student and a teacher who have feelings for each other, denying them and only confessed their love at the end when the student is no more student isn't a "student and teacher" romance book for me. So after a few disappionting reads of this genre, I found this book at Goodreads (thank god for this site) at a list of "teacher and student affair". I really hoped that this book would be a different read from the previous ones and I wasn't disappionted. This book has a student and teacher realtionship while the student is still in school (she is 18 so no worries in this part) with all the hard decisions and forbidden love which I love so much ^_^.
The plot was interesting and the characters were very realistic although I didn't really liked the heroine beacuse of some stupid and childish decisions that she made and the end left me satisfied and smiling.
I really recommended this book to all "student and teacher romance" lovers and to everyone in general.
I really liked this book the angst was great! This is a story about Chloe a 17 year old almost senior who meets Will a 22 year old bartender (they meet in a bar where she used a fake ID to get in). Its close to the end of summer when they meet and start dating. Through a few misunderstandings Will believes Chloe is in College but she thinks he knows she's in high school, and Will's upcoming teaching position never comes up in discussion over their 3 weeks of dating... The heart pounding moment when they first find out Will is Chloe's teacher is awesome, and sets the stage for the unfolding of Will & Chloe's forbidden love story.

The pace in this book is really good, it always felt like something was happening to keep you entertained and into the story.

This books shinning star was a supporting character Sam Morris he is Will's brother and he was a funny, evil genius! I know this is a standalone but I'd love for Sam to have a book!!

I know in a lot of reviews people didn't like Chloe but I did. I remember what it was like to be 17 and the doubt and questioning that goes on in your mind... Maybe it wasn't to this extent but this is a book after all... I thought she was sweet and in love.

Over all this book was a really fun, sweet, entertaining and charming read. Maybe a little Corny at times... But when I'm in the mood for it I like it ;)
